Richard Yap, CEO at SCORE Statistical Consulting, crafts custom credit scoring models for financial institutions. With 20+ years of experience, he manages a $1B credit portfolio and facilitates distressed receivables brokerage for Canadian Banks. MBA from Schulich, he's also a CSRSA board member.

Stephen focuses on optimizing client account receivables for SCORE, leveraging his extensive expertise gained over 12 years as CEO at Canadian Bonded Credit, where he propelled the company to become Canada's largest Collections Agency. With an MBA from Rutgers University and a BA from the University of Notre Dame, Stephen brings innovative solutions and cutting-edge analytics to the industry.

Shawn O’Flanagan, in AR management since 1992, held multiple roles at Allied International Credit / Bill Gosling. As VP Operations, he oversaw programs for US and Canadian clients. Since 2019, he's been an Operational Consultant at SCORE, managing outsourcing portfolios of charged-off accounts.

Louis, a product specialist at SCORE for nearly 10 years, enhances collection agency and corporate performance. With expertise from Equifax Canada and Provident, he drives operational improvements. Louis, active in credit and collection associations, holds degrees in Business Administration, Finance, and Applied Psychology.
