COVID-19 - SCORE Update

We recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic is having a tremendous impact both on our daily lives and businesses. In an effort to continue to support our customers, we want to assure you that SCORE has taken measures to ensure that we will continue to support the needs of our customer and partners through this difficult time. The health and safety of our employees are paramount particularly during this time and as such SCORE has instituted COVID-19 pre-cautions as part of our Business Continuity Plan as follows;
- Score’s physical site has been closed since March 17th, 2020, with no onsite meetings or visitors allowed on the premises
- All travel has been suspended until further notice
- All Score employees are working from home with remote access to facilitate their required job functions to minimize any business disruption to our customers
We appreciate these are very challenging times, and now more than ever, you rely on your partners and service providers to support your business needs. SCORE wants to assure you that we appreciate your business and we will continue to provide you with the high quality service and level of responsiveness that you are accustomed to receiving from SCORE. We will leverage technology during these times to ensure we can interact virtually to minimize any service disruption. Like everyone else, we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and new developments and will respond accordingly.
